Client Industry: Luxury Smart Home & Home Cinema Installation
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for smart home, AV, lighting, shading, Wi-Fi, security, and home cinema solutions.
Develop audience strategies, manage budgets, track performance, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Manage content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts; capture and produce visual assets from real installs.
Partner with Sales to create case studies, testimonials, and reels for marketing campaigns.
Oversee community engagement with fast replies, tips, and appointment-booking DMs.
Create and test landing pages, run A/B tests, and improve conversion rates and speed-to-lead.
Manage email and WhatsApp lifecycle campaigns: welcome, quote follow-up, reactivation, post-install care, and VIP property-manager cadence.
Track and report campaigns using GA4, GTM, and CRM offline conversions; maintain weekly dashboards.
Qualifications
3 5 years of experience in paid social and search for high-value consumer services or property-related products.
Proven track record of running and scaling campaigns profitably.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Webflow or other CMS, landing page builders, and Canva.
Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Bonus: experience with Jobber CRM, Zoho, call tracking, and WhatsApp lead flows.
Portfolio demonstrating real metrics (CPL, ROAS) and campaign insights.
