Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Schedule and publish posts consistently to grow followers and improve engagement.
Monitor and respond to user interactions, messages, and comments.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
Familiarity with social media management tools
Experience in running paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
