Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Create landing pages, email campaigns, and lead capture funnels to attract and convert prospects.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead handover and nurturing.
Work closely with content creators and designers to produce effective ads and social media creatives.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and healthcare market behavior in the UAE.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in digital marketing and
healthcare lead generation
, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and lead nurturing workflows.
Proven track record of generating healthcare leads and improving conversion rates.
Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM, analytics, and landing page optimization.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred:
Experience in
UAE healthcare
industry.
Knowledge of local audience targeting and buyer behavior.
Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or video editors is a plus.
