We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Specialistto join our Marketing Agency team. This role requires a creative professional who can manage social media strategies and produce high-quality visual content that engages audiences and strengthens our clients' brands.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of social media trends, and the ability to work on multiple projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities of Social Media Specialist

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create engaging content calendars, captions, and campaigns tailored to each brand's voice. Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, recommending improvements to maximize ROI. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and reporting. Stay updated with social media algorithms, tools, and industry trends to keep clients ahead of competitors.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in an agency setting. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills. Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Experience with social media analytics and advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Ability to handle multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and adapt to different brand voices. Creative, proactive, and highly organized team player.
Preferred Skills

Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies. Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
