Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and trend-savvy Social Media Specialist who thrives on creative expression, understands the nuances of Meta Business tools, and works seamlessly with internal teams to hit deadlines and deliver results.

-Key Responsibilities

? ?Handle day-to-day management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)



? ?Craft monthly content calendars with engaging captions and visuals



? ?Stay alert to emerging trends, formats, and platform features



? ?Prepare performance reports, analytics dashboards, and strategy reviews



? ?Boost posts and run ad campaigns through Meta Business



Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)



? ?Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align with campaign timelines



? ?Maintain brand consistency while customizing content per platform



? ?Engage with online communities via comments, messages, and feedback channels



-Qualifications

? ?Experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role



? ?Strong command of Meta Business Suite (boosting, targeting, campaign setup)



? ?Creative copywriting with attention to tone and voice



? ?Solid grasp of marketing strategy and content planning



? ?Detail-oriented and deadline-focused with strong organizational skills



? ?Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork



? ?Arabic/English bilingual ability for multi-market content
