Social Media & Media Buying Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media & Media Buying Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and organic social media strategies. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, creative, and capable of driving ROI through effective campaign management across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management



Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals. Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and brand tone across platforms. Collaborate with the creative team to create visually compelling and engaging content. Analyze performance metrics and optimize for growth and engagement.

Media Buying & Paid Ads



Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. Conduct audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing. Manage advertising budgets and bids to maximize performance and ROI. Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates, and generate performance reports.

Analytics & Reporting



Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track and evaluate campaign success. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Recommend improvements based on campaign data and industry benchmarks.

Coordination & Strategy



Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align messaging and visuals. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Support in strategic planning and ideation for upcoming campaigns and launches.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and digital advertising. Proven experience managing media buying budgets and ad accounts. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus if relevant to market).

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple brands. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
