This role involves managing end-to-end social media projects for multiple clients across various industries, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients, and delivering impactful campaigns on time and on brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple social media projects from brief to execution.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media buying, etc.) to deliver high-quality work that aligns with client expectations.
Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines.
Monitor project progress, flag potential issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
Track and report campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on insights.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in social media project/account management, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
