Candidates with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency are highly preferred, as this role requires handling multiple clients, fast-paced projects, and performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for UAE and GCC markets.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
Align campaigns with client objectives to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation & Management
Create and manage high-quality content in Arabic and English (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams (designers, videographers, photographers) for impactful campaigns.
Ensure all content is culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with client brand guidelines.
Community & Campaign Management
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to followers.
Build, grow, and engage with online communities.
Execute and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
Work with influencers and partners when relevant to strengthen campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Prepare social media reports and pitch decks for clients when required.
Requirements & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience
as a Social Media Manager (preferably in the UAE).
Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
Strong understanding of UAE/GCC culture, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
Experience in managing paid ads, influencer marketing, and community growth.
Strong creative skills with attention to detail in both Arabic & English content.
Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment.
