We are looking for a creative and strategic individual to take ownership of DRD's day-to-day presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across multiple platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule platform-specific content including graphics, captions, stories, reels, videos align with the brand voice and visual identity.
Develop and maintain content strategies and calendars.
Design and produce promotional materials, product videos, packaging designs, and brand visuals.
Monitor, track, and optimize performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
Identify and leverage trends, viral content opportunities, and audience insights.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual aesthetics across all channels.
Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, while building a loyal following.
Generate regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and event promotions.
Stay up-to-date with digital and social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
Use platforms like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling/analytics tools to streamline content performance management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in graphic design and/or social media marketing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) as well as Canva and CapCut.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and strategic work.
Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for digital media.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends and digital platform innovations.
