We are seeking a

Social Media Manager (Web3/Crypto)

to lead our global social media presence and community engagement.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead and execute our global social media strategy across Twitter/X, Medium, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role requires not only marketing expertise, but also deep immersion in crypto culture -- from CT (Crypto Twitter) to Telegram, Discord, and beyond. The ideal candidate lives and breathes Web3 memes, narratives, and trends, and knows how to authentically grow and engage communities.

Expand visibility and strengthen brand awareness across global channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage the company's social media strategy across Twitter/X, Medium, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement. Manage and maintain the social media content calendar. Transform leadership input, product updates, and draft content into polished, engaging posts. Create, edit, and publish high-impact content: threads, posts, videos, memes, AMAs, and infographics. Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations. Monitor crypto market trends, narratives, and competitor activities to produce timely, relevant, and viral content. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, BD, product, design) to align content with campaigns, partnerships, and launches. Support events (both online and offline, e.g., Token2049, Consensus, ETH Dubai) with real-time coverage.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in social media, community management, or marketing, ideally within Web3, fintech, or gaming. Deep familiarity with Web3 culture, CT (Crypto Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and crypto influencer/KOL networks. Proven track record of community growth and delivering measurable results. Strong content creation skills (writing, memes, short-form video). Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Creative, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
