AFG Shipping LLC, a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics and freight forwarding company, is looking for a creative, results-driven

Social Media Manager

to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories) tailored to each platform. Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels. Monitor social media trends and competitors, and apply relevant strategies to stay ahead. Respond to followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to continuously improve strategy. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support shipping campaigns, promotions, and events.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite). Experience creating video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding is an advantage. Basic knowledge of SEO and paid social media advertising.
