The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies across multiple international markets. The role focuses on building brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through culturally relevant, data-driven, and platform-specific content. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing global social media accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute global social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals Create region-specific social media plans for international markets Identify platform opportunities across Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, etc. Maintain a consistent global brand voice while adapting to local markets

Content Management & Publishing

Plan, create, and manage content calendars for multiple regions Collaborate with design, content, and video teams for localized creatives Ensure timely publishing and platform optimization Manage multilingual content with localization and cultural relevance

Community Management

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across regions Manage online reputation and escalate issues when required Build and nurture global online communities

Campaign & Performance Management

Execute organic and integrated campaigns across international markets Work closely with paid media teams to align organic and paid strategies Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, CTR, and conversions Analyze region-wise performance and generate actionable insights Prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders

Trend & Platform Management

Stay updated with global social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Identify new platforms, formats, and growth opportunities Ensure compliance with platform policies and regional regulations

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
