Job Description

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Social Media Manager to join our real estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for building a strong online presence for our brand and brokers, creating engaging content, and attracting international clients through social media.

Responsibilities:

Manage social media. Attract clients through social media channels. Develop strategies and content plans for different platforms and oversee their execution, paying attention to details. Proactively participate in building and implementing social media funnels. Take initiative: propose and test hypotheses, analyze results, and adapt strategies. Write and edit copy, create stories and content scripts.
Skills:

Experience in real estate or investments. Experience working with international social media platforms. Ability to manage the full content production cycle: idea, execution, analytics collection, and analysis. Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust strategy based on performance. Proficient in CapCut and Figma (video editing and basic design). English and Russian at B2 level or higher. Understands how to convert a user into a follower and a follower into a hot lead. Comfortable working with AI tools and using them to optimize workflows. Understands that each social media platform has its own algorithms and requires a tailored strategy.
