Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced and creative

Social Media Manager

with proven

agency experience

to lead and execute innovative social media strategies for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be adept at

developing data-driven campaigns

, managing multiple accounts, and creating engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's brand goals, target audience, and industry.

Create annual, quarterly, and monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasonal trends, and brand objectives.

Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and social media audits to inform strategy.

Content Creation & Management



Oversee engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, and designers to deliver consistent messaging.

Schedule, optimize, and manage content approvals across multiple accounts.

Community Engagement



Foster online communities by responding to comments/messages and managing brand reputation.

Monitor trends, track sentiment, and report on audience feedback.

Campaign Execution & Performance



Manage paid social campaigns in partnership with performance marketing team.

Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), analyze results, and recommend optimizations.

Client Management



Serve as the main social media contact for assigned clients.

Present strategies, reports, and actionable insights.

Successfully juggle multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum

3-5 years

experience in social media management,

preferably within a marketing/creative agency

. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends. Proven ability to develop and execute

multi-platform strategies

that drive measurable results. Skilled in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar. Basic knowledge of paid advertising strategy and campaign execution. Strong creative sensibility with an eye for visual content and storytelling. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
