Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
Client Management
Serve as the main social media contact for assigned clients.
Present strategies, reports, and actionable insights.
Successfully juggle multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
3-5 years
experience in social media management,
preferably within a marketing/creative agency
.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
Proven ability to develop and execute
multi-platform strategies
that drive measurable results.
Skilled in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
Basic knowledge of paid advertising strategy and campaign execution.
Strong creative sensibility with an eye for visual content and storytelling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
