We're looking for a versatile

content creator

who can seamlessly

blend social media strategy, professional photography, and videography

to showcase Dubai's most desirable properties. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative vision and technical execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Create and maintain content calendars aligned with property launches, market trends, and company objectives Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community through authentic interactions Analyse performance metrics and optimise content strategy based on insights Manage paid social media campaigns and collaborate with digital marketing initiatives Photograph listings, off-plan projects, client testimonials, and company events Conduct on-site shoots across Dubai, often in challenging lighting conditions Produce engaging video content including property tours, reels, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage Create short-form vertical content optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, photography, and videography Professional portfolio demonstrating real estate or architectural content (required) Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) UAE driving license (essential for traveling to property locations across Dubai) Professional photography equipment operation (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting) Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar) Familiarity with analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) Previous experience in Dubai real estate or luxury lifestyle sectors Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
