Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to handle all our social media platforms. The role involves content creation, posting, engagement, and performance tracking to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads while maintaining a professional brand image.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as required)
Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly content
Ensure consistent branding and tone across all platforms
Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly
Content Creation
Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short videos
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic team for content
Write captions, hashtags, and basic copywriting
Edit photos and videos (basic to intermediate level)
Engagement & Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
Engage with followers to build trust and brand loyalty
Monitor reviews and feedback on social platforms
Strategy & Growth
Develop social media strategies to increase reach and engagement
Track performance and suggest improvements
Grow followers organically and increase inquiries/leads
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor insights and analytics across platforms
Prepare monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, growth)
Suggest data-driven improvements
Coordination & Compliance
Work closely with management and marketing team
Ensure content follows brand guidelines and clinic policies
Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
