We are looking for a

creative and proactive Female Social Media Manager

who is fluent in

Arabic

to manage and grow our social media presence. The role focuses on creating engaging content around our jewelry products, managing daily interactions with customers, and supporting online sales through social platforms.

This is a

hybrid role

: some days in the office and other days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage daily content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Write

catchy, engaging captions

in Arabic (English is a plus). Schedule posts and stories using social media tools. Reply to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally. Assist customers via social media and guide them through the ordering process. Research

new content ideas, trends, and viral audios

relevant to jewelry and gifting. Coordinate with the team to align content with campaigns, launches, and promotions. Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to increase reach and sales. Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements to Apply

Female candidate (required). Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory); English is a plus. Experience in social media management (preferably for fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands). Strong copywriting skills for social media captions. Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends. Basic knowledge of online sales and customer communication. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Team player with a positive attitude.
