Responsibilities
Manage and execute the
social media content strategy
Film short-form and long-form video content (on-site) Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Plan content calendars and ensure consistent posting Repurpose long-form content into short clips Collaborate with the team to improve reach and engagement Track what works and adjust content accordinglyRequirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts Comfortable filming people and being behind the camera Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) Understands short-form content and platform trends Organized, reliable, and able to work full-time Based in Dubai
Nice to Have
Proven experience with personal brands or business accounts Understanding of analytics and performance Copywriting skills for captions and hooks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
