Job Description
UV Group is seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Social Media Manager who brings together creativity, strategy, and performance. This role is ideal for someone who understands visual branding, knows how to run impactful digital ads, and can turn social feeds into powerful growth channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat)
Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms, aligned with the brand's voice
Edit high-quality Reels and short-form video content that captures attention
Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Track and analyze content and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
Suggest data-backed improvements for audience engagement and growth
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of social media strategy & content planning
Skilled in Reel editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Experience in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven content optimization
UAE Experience of 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
2+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of UAE Market
