Job Description

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven

Social Media Manager

to manage our digital presence and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

Meta Ads and Google Ads

, along with hands-on skills in

content creation, videography, and graphic design

to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms including

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and videos Handle

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization, and reporting Manage

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Display, and basic YouTube Ads) Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better ROI Create visual content including

graphics, promotional creatives, reels, and short videos

Handle basic to intermediate

videography and video editing

for social media Design creatives using tools like

Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement professionally Track KPIs and prepare regular

social media and ads performance reports

Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices Coordinate with internal teams for branding and campaign execution

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive

Strong hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Knowledge of

lead generation and paid campaign strategies

Skills in

content creation, videography, and video editing

Graphic designing experience for social media creatives Familiarity with tools such as

Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar

Understanding of analytics and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple projects independently UAE experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

Photography skills for social media content Experience handling agency or multiple brand accounts Strong creative thinking and attention to detail Knowledge of SEO or landing page optimization is an added advantage
