Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create visually appealing content, including static posts, stories, reels, and ads --
strong Photoshop editing and design skills are a must

Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize performance.
Engage with the online community: reply to comments, messages, and manage creator/influencer communication.
Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Assist in campaign planning, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
(preferably in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands).
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop
-- ability to retouch, design creatives, and optimize visuals for social media.
Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience working with influencers/content creators.
Basic photography skills or familiarity with product shoots.
Understanding of paid ads is a plus.
