The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company's online presence across all social media platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging content, building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and driving marketing objectives through strategic planning and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content creation for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Create engaging content (captions, images, videos, stories, reels) that reflects the brand voice.
Monitor social media channels, respond to messages, and maintain positive engagement with followers.
Track social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, and conversions.
Run paid social media campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams for campaign materials and promotions.
Research trends and new opportunities to improve brand visibility.
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
