We are looking for a strategic and client-facing Social Media Manager who can handle client communication, drive content direction, and deliver measurable growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, trend-aware, and capable of managing multiple fashion and lifestyle brand accounts with a consulting mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client communication and provide strategic recommendations
Develop monthly content calendars, concepts, and directions aligned with brand identity
Oversee content production (Reels, shoots, graphics) and coordinate with designers/photographers
Publish and manage posts, stories, and community engagement across all platforms
Analyze performance data and optimize for growth in reach, engagement, and conversions
Stay updated with trends, competitors, and platform best practices
Lead reviews, presentations, and monthly performance discussions with clients
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
Strong client handling skills with a consulting approach
Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret insights and take action
Excellent content direction, storytelling, and copywriting abilities
Fluent in both English & Arabic (mandatory)
Basic design/video editing skills (Canva/CapCut)
Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
