Job Description
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, growing our audience, and turning social engagement into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strong social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals.
- Create and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Plan, write, and oversee posts, reels, and campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Track and analyze performance using insights and analytics tools; prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with design, marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build an online community.
