Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
Research and identify trending topics, audience preferences, and platform-specific best practices.
Align social media content with the overall brand voice, storytelling and messaging strategy.
Content Creation & Management
Write compelling and engaging captions, scripts, and social media posts tailored for different platforms.
Oversee the production of high-quality visual content (images, videos, GIFs, reels, infographics, etc.).
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
Community Engagement & Growth
Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and interaction on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
Partner with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to optimize performance.
Conduct A/B testing for different content formats, captions, and posting times.
Provide monthly reports on content performance and actionable insights for improvement.
Campaign Execution & Brand Awareness
Work closely with the marketing and paid media team to integrate organic and paid strategies.
Plan and execute seasonal, product launch, and brand awareness campaigns on social media.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and compliance policies.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience:
3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Strong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Creative thinker with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Ability to adapt to trends, algorithm changes, and digital innovations.
