Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Manager

who lives and breathes content creation. You will manage and grow our presence across

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook

, and other platforms, crafting engaging stories that resonate with our audience. This role is for someone who wants to

make a real impact in real estate marketing

, not just post updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across all social media platforms. Produce videos, reels, and short-form content optimized for engagement (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Develop creative campaigns that showcase properties, real estate trends, and lifestyle content. Monitor and analyze social media performance, making data-driven improvements. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with company goals. Stay updated on social media trends, especially in real estate and digital marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

content creation

for social media (video, graphics, reels). Fluent in

Arabic

(reading, writing, and speaking) - a must. Strong storytelling skills and ability to create engaging, visually appealing content. Familiarity with social media analytics tools. Passion for

real estate

and interest in the property market. Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously. Experience with editing tools such as

Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, CapCut

, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience specifically in

real estate or lifestyle content

. Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and social media engagement strategies. Creative mindset with the ability to produce viral and shareable content.
