The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just post -- but lives and breathes the world of matcha.

You'll be the creative force behind our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook presence -- planning, creating, editing, and posting original content that reflects our philosophy, our cafe experiences, and the culture we're building.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a monthly media plan aligned with our marketing and event calendar. Create high-quality, engaging content (photo, video, and copy) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Edit videos and visuals to maintain our signature Matcha Vibes aesthetic. Manage posting schedule, trends, and performance tracking. Collaborate with our cafe and creative teams for product launches, campaigns, and collaborations. Engage with our community, respond to comments, and grow brand awareness. Stay up-to-date on F&B and social media trends in Dubai and globally.
Requirements

Proven experience managing social media for a Food & Beverage brand (portfolio required). Skilled in content creation, video editing, and social media management tools. Strong aesthetic sense and creative eye. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Passion for wellness, creativity, and storytelling. Must love matcha -- truly. Must love your job -- we want someone who creates with joy, not just obligation.
