Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
Manage daily posting and engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
2. Content Creation & Editing
Create visually compelling posts, Reels, and short-form videos using tools like
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or Canva
.
Edit and optimize video content for different platforms (aspect ratio, subtitles, duration).
Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and copywriters.
3. Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
Manage user-generated content and influencer collaborations.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs.
Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Adjust strategies based on performance data.
