Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our clients across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing day-to-day social media activities, analyzing performance, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to each client's goals. Create engaging, on-brand content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube. Oversee the daily management of social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and video content. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Manage influencer collaborations and paid social campaigns when required. Work directly with clients to understand needs, present strategies, and share performance insights.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within a marketing agency. Strong knowledge of social platforms, best practices, and content formats. Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
