Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Schedule, monitor, and optimize content using

Hootsuite

or similar social media management tools. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras. Create engaging multimedia content (photos, reels, short videos, stories) that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent visual and brand identity. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements. Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media, photography, and videography. Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages professionally.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Hands-on experience with

Hootsuite

or equivalent social media management tools. Strong skills in

photography and videography

, including shooting with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, etc.). Proficient in

video editing tools

(Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) and basic photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva). Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
