Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and hands-on

Social Media Manager

who can film, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has a strong eye for detail, and understands how to create viral, trend-driven content that resonates with a luxury lifestyle audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Book That Boat's brand identity. Film high-quality content (short-form videos, stories, reels, behind-the-scenes, etc.) during yacht experiences, events, and promotional activities. Edit and produce engaging, on-brand content optimized for Instagram and TikTok. Plan, schedule, and post content consistently to grow reach and engagement. Stay up to date with current trends, sounds, and viral formats on both platforms. Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build a strong online community. Collaborate with the bookings and marketing teams to align content with promotions and campaigns. Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

1 year of experience

in social media content creation or management. Strong knowledge of

Instagram

and

TikTok

-- both organic and trend-driven growth. Proficiency in mobile video filming and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar apps). Excellent sense of visual storytelling and understanding of luxury branding. Confident, well-presented, and comfortable filming on yachts and with clients. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of analytics and content performance tracking tools. A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
