Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging, high-quality, and visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, stories, and infographics).
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase visibility, generate leads, and grow brand awareness.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media tools and technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
as a
Social Media Manager
or in a similar digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing skills (or coordination with designers).
Knowledge of social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
