Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives. Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored for different platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to integrate social media initiatives into broader campaigns. Research and stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging social media tools to keep the brand competitive. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion rates. Develop and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content creation and publication. Conduct social media audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Train and mentor junior team members or interns, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of creativity.



Desired Candidate Profile




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Certifications in social media marketing or analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) are advantageous. Experience in managing social media for brands within the technology or e-commerce sectors is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
