About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing campaigns that grow our audience, strengthen our brand, and drive engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.). Manage day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to optimize content and campaign strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns, promotions, and content ideas. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing platforms is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in photography, videography, or basic editing. Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
