Social Media Manager

with a strong background in the hospitality industry to help elevate our digital presence and engage with our growing audience.

Job Summary:

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic content that reflects our brand identity, drives engagement, and promotes our services across various social platforms. Your deep understanding of the hospitality industry will help craft messaging that resonates with our guests and inspires loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align messaging and promotions Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the hospitality industry Coordinate and occasionally lead content shoots on-site

Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing social media for a hospitality brand (hotel, resort, restaurant, etc.) Strong portfolio of content (please include links or samples) Excellent written and visual communication skills Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and paid advertising a plus Creative, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Experience with influencer partnerships and user-generated content Basic graphic design or photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) Knowledge of hospitality trends and customer preferences Russian language is preferably
