We are a fast-growing wellness brand focused on clean, functional, and thoughtfully designed products. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a reliable, creative, and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute our content and community strategy across platforms.

Role Overview

You'll manage the end-to-end execution of our social media and digital content calendar. This is not just a posting role--you'll be expected to own content strategy, maintain consistency, engage the community, and support email/SMS campaigns in collaboration with our creative and retention teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Plan and schedule content aligned with brand tone and visual guidelines Write captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that reflect the brand voice Coordinate with designers and video editors to develop high-performing visual assets Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and community interactions Track performance metrics and optimize based on insights Contribute content and copy for email and SMS campaigns (Klaviyo or similar platforms) Monitor trends and competitive activity to inform content decisions
Who We're Looking For

Based in the UAE and able to work EST hours Prior experience managing social media for wellness, lifestyle, or consumer product brands Skilled in copywriting and visual storytelling with an eye for detail Independent, organized, and proactive--you manage your own deadlines Comfortable with performance tracking and reporting Not dependent on AI to generate content--you bring original creative input Familiarity with Klaviyo or other retention tools is a plus
