Your challenges:

Own our social voice across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn Apply AI-driven analytics to parse engagement patterns and predict emerging topics for content planning Partner with marketing, communications, business development, and campaigns teams to launch high-impact initiatives Develop and execute platform-tailored strategies that expand our reach and amplify our message Oversee community engagement and use AI assistants to deliver timely, authentic replies Analyse performance metrics with machine-learning-powered dashboards to turn data into clear recommendations Manage the content calendar by planning, briefing, creating, publishing, and monitoring content to align with our goals Use AI tools to rapidly experiment and adapt to changing platform algorithms for organic reach and engagement

Requirements:

Have 7+ years of experience in social media management and community building, ideally in fintech or financial services Possess hands-on experience with AI-driven content tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Meta Insights Have a track record of leading teams, adapting on the fly, and delivering against tight deadlines Have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and AI insights to optimise performance
