We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Community Manager to join our growing team and help shape an engaging online presence for a dynamic real estate brand. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands community building, and can drive meaningful engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies across all key social platforms.
Manage and maintain content calendars for timely, consistent posting.
Monitor comments, messages, and user content; respond promptly.
Foster community interaction through real-time engagement and trend participation.
Build relationships with influencers and loyal brand followers.
Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Generate monthly reports analyzing audience growth, engagement, sentiment, and performance.
Keep up with evolving social trends and platform updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media with a focus on community engagement.
Bilingual proficiency required.
Strong communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.
Experience using social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
