About the Role

We are hiring a confident, creative, and ambitious

Social Media Manager

to oversee and grow two Social Media accounts. This role blends content strategy, day-to-day management, and on-camera presence. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and forward-thinking--someone who wants to grow with a brand, not just manage one.

You'll play a key role in content planning, video creation, audience engagement, and supporting paid advertising efforts on Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of two Instagram accounts (posting, engagement, analytics). Participate in on-camera content creation (Reels, Stories, Lives, etc.). Collaborate on content strategy and monthly calendars. Assist with video scripting, filming, and basic editing. Monitor and report on account performance and growth. Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates. Support paid ad campaigns (Instagram/Facebook) with creative input and basic management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience managing Instagram accounts professionally. Comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Strong grasp of Instagram content formats (Reels, Stories, Highlights). Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva). Awareness of current digital and social media trends. Interest or experience using

AI tools

for content creation or productivity. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and ad campaign basics. Creative thinking and ability to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience managing multiple accounts or brands. Understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and target audience strategy. Experience working with influencers, UGC, or small business marketing. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Starting Salary:

AED 4,000/month
