Melodica Music & Dance Institute is the UAE's leading performing arts center, offering high-quality training in music and dance across multiple branches. We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and connect with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) aligned with our brand Monitor performance, manage communities, and respond to messages/comments Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports Stay on top of social media trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in social media management Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills Background in education, entertainment, or child-focused brands is a plus Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
