At Terra Porta by Murad?Metal, we craft premium aluminium & pivot?door systems. We're building a lean in?house media team to make our brands unmissable on TikTok, Instagram Reels and X (Twitter).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Trend?spot & script - track viral formats, write thumb?stopping hooks and captions. Shoot & edit - film vertical video; cut in CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci; add captions & graphics. Publish & engage - schedule posts, reply to DMs, seed content in niche communities. Measure & iterate - pull weekly analytics, A/B?test thumbnails, refine the content playbook.

MUST?HAVES

Recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Design or similar (internships count). Lives and breathes short?form social; can explain why a Reel hit 1?M views. Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. Solid editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere, Final?Cut or DaVinci). Strong English copywriting; Arabic is a bonus. Basic grasp of TikTok & IG Insights; data?curious mindset. Self?starter able to juggle multiple deadlines. Encouraged: Open to fresh university graduates with a strong passion for content creation and hacking virality.
NICE?TO?HAVES

Motion graphics (After?Effects / Canva), paid?ads know?how, familiarity with AI content tools.

PACKAGE

Starting salary: AED?4000?-?5500 per month commensurate with experience and skills. Performance bonus tied to growth KPIs. Hybrid work schedule & paid training budget. Fast?track to Senior Content Lead within 12?18?months.
