Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and implement creative social media strategies tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).



Monitor daily social activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a brand-consistent voice.



Develop monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and collaborate with design and content teams.



Track campaign performance using analytics tools, and optimize content based on real-time insights.



Manage paid social media ads and ensure effective targeting and ROI.



Keep up with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to enhance visibility.



Coordinate influencer partnerships and UGC (User Generated Content) initiatives.



Handle social media reporting, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions.



Collaborate with the marketing team to align social goals with broader brand strategies.



Ensure brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging are consistent across all digital channels.

Job Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a relevant field.



2-3 years of experience managing social media pages professionally, preferably for a brand or agency.



Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.



Creative mindset with excellent writing skills and an eye for visual consistency.



Strong analytical ability to interpret engagement data and performance metrics.



Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.



Understanding of SEO principles as applied to social media.
