Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campaigns

Drive inbound leads through social media, Google, Meta, and email/WhatsApp campaigns. Create and manage targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns using CRM (Zoho) and marketing automation tools.

Advertising & SEO

Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Work with the SEO team to boost website traffic and keyword rankings.

Content Management

Create, schedule, and publish 3-5 engaging social media posts weekly. Design and execute creative video content for reels, promotions, and educational purposes. Oversee editing and repurposing of video content, including podcast snippets and interviews.

Creative & Brand Assets

Develop visual and written content aligned with the brand voice. Coordinate with designers for brochures, infographics, and digital creatives.

Technology & Automation

Maintain and optimize marketing dashboards and performance reports. Integrate and manage chatbots for automated lead interaction on social platforms. Use Zoho CRM to track campaign outcomes and customer engagement metrics.

Reporting & Analysis

Weekly and monthly performance reporting across platforms. Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, lead conversion, and ROI.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO tools Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and storytelling skills Experience in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva) Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital metrics A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
