Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and dynamic

Content Creator/Social Media Manager

to lead our digital engagement efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and building meaningful connections.

What You'll Do:

- Create and post daily content (job offers, lifestyle content, employee testimonials)

- Run and monitor FB pages

- Respond in real-time to DMs, questions, and comments

- Coordinate with recruiters to highlight urgent vacancies

- Launch and promote referral programs visually

- Work closely with Videographer to produce TikTok Reels "A Day in the Life" style

- Translate/adapt creatives from English to Tagalog naturally

- Collaborate with Performance/Media Buyer for boosted posts

What Makes You Shine:

- Proven experience in content creation, community management, or social media marketing

- Confident on-camera presence and ability to host live events or Q&A sessions

- Excellent communication skills in English;

fluency in Tagalog is a strong advantage

- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar is preferred

- Empathetic, self-driven, and creative
