Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Manage social media accounts, create content, and increase followers. Expertise in Creating videos and pictures. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Analyze and report on digital performance and suggest improvements. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and messaging. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Excellent communication, interpersonal and Managerial skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Expertise in video/photo editing software's. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Experience in the F&B industry is a must.
