to lead our digital presence and enhance brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the social media team

, including our

videographer and photographer

, ensuring high-quality content is delivered consistently. Develop and execute a

comprehensive social media strategy

to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Work closely with the

photographer

to guide content creation, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals. Plan and schedule social media posts across various platforms (

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others

). Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to optimize strategy. Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build a strong online community. Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a

Social Media Manager or similar role

(preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry).
? Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
? Excellent content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video editing is a plus).
? Experience with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
? Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
