What You'll Be Responsible For
Crafting and executing
compelling social media strategies
across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) Managingcontent calendars
, scheduling, and daily posting Collaborating with designers and writers to createeye-catching visuals and engaging captions
Runningpaid ad campaigns
and monitoring performance Engaging with audiences, responding to comments/messages, and growing the follower baseAnalyzing performance metrics
and preparing monthly reports with insights and optimizations Staying ahead ofplatform updates, trends,
and viral opportunitiesWho You Are
3-5 years of experience
in social media management (agency experience is a strong plus) Proven track record ofgrowing accounts
and managing campaigns with measurable results Deep understanding ofplatform algorithms, content trends,
andaudience behavior
Strongcontent writing
skills (Arabic & English preferred) Experience with tools likeMeta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, or Buffer
Familiar with design collaboration tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- a plus) Highlyorganized, proactive,
and passionate aboutdigital storytelling

Video editing
