We are seeking a highly motivated and creative

Social Media Manager

with

proven experience managing social media platforms for businesses

. The ideal candidate should be able to create compelling content, engage with online communities, and build brand awareness through strategic campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Manage daily operations across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos). Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with business goals. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns when required. Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships where applicable.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a business environment. Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is preferred.
