Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist

with strong experience in

Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads

, and solid knowledge of

SEO

. The ideal candidate should also understand

Shopify, WordPress, website management

, and have experience with

AI automation tools

to improve workflow and marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Optimize ad performance, targeting, budgets, and conversions Manage social media platforms including content planning, posting, and engagement Perform SEO (on-page and off-page) to improve website ranking and traffic Handle Shopify and WordPress website updates, product listings, and optimization Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports Implement AI automation tools for marketing, CRM, and workflow improvement Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the content team Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads In-depth knowledge of SEO and keyword strategies Experience with Shopify and WordPress platforms Ability to create marketing funnels and ad strategies Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, marketing automations) Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) Understanding of Performance Max, retargeting, and advanced targeting Knowledge of automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, ManyChat, etc. Basic design or video editing skills (not required but helpful)

Full Time (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM : One Hour Break : Friday is Off)
