Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Lead social media campaigns from brief to execution
Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines
Coordinate with design, content, and media teams to deliver high-quality work
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent communication
Manage multiple client accounts and align expectations with deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and present new strategies
Proactively resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction
Requirements (both roles):
2+ years of relevant experience in social media or account management, preferably in an agency
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
